北京邮电大学经济管理学院副院长，管理学博士，教授。中国信息经济学会理事、中国人工智能学会理事，国家科技支撑计划评审专家。杨教授是“互联网+”概念的早期倡导者。
主要成就：
曾主持/主研国家级科研项目、省部级课题十余项，企业委托课题若干，发表学术论文百余篇，出版专著教材5部，曾为上百家企业和地方政府提供过决策咨询和培训服务。著有《蝶变——解密社会化时代的产业变革与重构逻辑》、《联网力——传统行业互联网化转型的原动力》等书。
